When will my box arrive?

All boxes ship via Royal Mail Tracked on or about the 15th working day of each month.

The cut-off date to order the next box is the 8th.

For example, if you join by January 8th, you will receive the January box, despatched on or about January 15th.

You’ll receive the February box if you join between January 9th and February 8th. 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, at the moment we ship in the UK only 

How can I get a box?

It’s simple! Click on any “Get Started” button on our website and go through the checkout process. If you need any help, email us at hello@cativitybox.co.uk

When will I be billed?

You’ll be charged for your first box straight away at checkout. After that, billing happens automatically on the 3rd of each month.

What do we get in a Cativity Box?

Great question! Each box contains a specially selected combination of 4-6 items of treats and toys. All products are packaged with great care and a bit of cattitude. We put all of our resources into ensuring every box is special and unique for your cat.

Will you tell me what’s in the box?

We love surprises, and your cat does too! The magic of the Cativity Box experience involves helping you discover new products and flavours you may not normally be aware of and part of that is the surprise of opening up the box together. Each month will have a theme and the items in your box will be based on the central theme of each box.

What size is the box?

Our boxes are a generous 30cm by 40 cm but as we all know when your a cat one size fits all because cats will fit into any box. The contents, however, are curated to keep a variety of feline personalities entertained.

What if my box goes missing?

If your box mysteriously disappears in transit, contact us within 15 days of shipping at hello@cativitybox.co.uk and we’ll investigate the cat-napping.

Something arrived damaged—now what?

So sorry! Please email us photos of the damaged items at hello@cativitybox.co.uk and we’ll sort it out faster than a cat knocking stuff off a shelf.

How do I update my shipping or payment information?

Easy! Log in to your account HERE, select “Manage Subscription,” and update your shipping and/or payment details there.

Just make sure you do it before your next billing date to avoid surprises (like sending a box to your old address).

  How can I cancel? 

We’ll be sorry to see you leave but you can cancel at any time, just log into your account HERE and cancel your subscription.
